In the early days, the company worked in partnership with local courier networks for forwarding and pickups. With just two staff members on bicycles, the team handled around 30–40 shipments a day—small in size, but big in dedication.

In 2012, Shri Vijay Kumar Jha joined the business and brought a new era of expansion. He opened branches in Bengaluru, Delhi, Noida, and Ghaziabad, giving the company a national footprint.
The company also secured a railway lease and began moving shipments directly through air cargo and trains, scaling operations to more than 800 daily bookings at this stage of its journey.
In 2018, Shivam Kumar Jha joined the company and further transformed the organisation with modern logistics practices.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the team played a crucial role in delivering medicines and vaccines across India, strengthening its reputation for responsibility and reliability.
This marked a turning point as Shivam Air Courier Service also began working with renowned networks like DTDC Courier, establishing itself as a trusted partner in the industry.
Soon after, the company became an active service partner with major logistics giants like Delhivery Ltd. and XpressBees, driving B2B and C2C shipments nationwide.
